By using MooreTech services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
By accessing or using any MooreTech product or service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
MooreTech provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, including but not limited to: ERPNext-based Industry Modules, Business Intelligence Dashboards, HustleLink (Local and Diaspora Opportunities), and MooreTech AI (Chatbot + BI Access). These services are offered as subscriptions or one-time licenses based on the client's selected plan.
You must be 18 years or older or legally authorized to enter a contract. Use of services must comply with all applicable laws.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.
Pricing is displayed on our website and subject to change with prior notice. Payment is due upfront via mobile money, card, or bank transfer. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are only issued for system failure that MooreTech cannot resolve within 14 days of written notice. No refunds for change of mind, unused time, or agent-level custom modules.
You agree NOT to: Use the services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes; Share credentials or grant unauthorized access; Upload malware or attempt to disrupt MooreTech's systems; Copy, reverse engineer, or resell MooreTech products without a license. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
We collect personal and usage data to deliver and improve services. Your data will never be sold. You may request to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing compliance@mooretech.io. (See full Privacy Policy on our website.)
MooreTech strives for 99% uptime. Downtime for maintenance or third-party failures is not grounds for liability. We provide support via email, phone, and WhatsApp during working hours.
All content, software, and systems are property of MooreTech. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use services as agreed.
MooreTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
MooreTech may suspend or terminate services for violation of terms or non-payment. Clients may terminate their account at any time.
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms. Updates will be communicated via email or dashboard alerts.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation, then mediation, and finally arbitration if needed.
